Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, and testing for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records in the EMR.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and peer collaboration.
• Provide crisis assessment, safety planning, and referrals as needed.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for psychological practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Contribute to a patient-centered, culturally sensitive care environment.
• Utilize telehealth and in-person modalities to increase access to care.
