LifeStance Health seeks a compassionate Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health care in a hybrid role, delivering in-person and telehealth psychotherapy and assessments.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, document sessions in EHRs, collaborate with psychiatrists and primary care providers, and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards while pursuing ongoing professional development to improve outcomes for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (PhD/PsyD) in the practicing state.
• Eligibility to obtain licensure in additional states is a plus.
• Experience delivering telehealth services in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and behavioral health documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to diverse patient populations
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM-5 criteria
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes
• Deliver care across telehealth and in-office settings while maintaining high clinical standards
• Document sessions and treatment progress in EHR systems in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other behavioral health professionals
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational policies, including HIPAA
• Engage in continuing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills
• Contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative, and empowering care environment

Education
