Vital Healthcare Solutions is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist or LPC/LCSW to join our Psychology Department in a collaborative long-term care setting.

You will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide individual therapy, and contribute to treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team to support diverse behavioral health needs of residents in skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.

Qualificações

• Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist (required)
• Experience with psychological and neurocognitive assessment preferred

About the Role

This role will work in collaboration with our experienced Psychiatry team, as well as medical and social work staff within our partnered facilities. This interdisciplinary model ensures patients receive well-rounded, individualized care that promotes emotional and behavioral well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• Delivering individualized psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based best practices
• Collaborating on treatment planning with facility teams to ensure continuity of care
• Supporting a diverse patient population with a wide range of behavioral health needs

• Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist / LPC / LCSW (required)
