Job summary

Vital HealthCare Solutions is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join a growing Psychology Department serving Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Communities across the Northeast.

You’ll provide individual psychotherapy, conduct evaluations, and design tailored treatment plans within a collaborative team, with a flexible full-time schedule and no on-call requirements. This is an mission-driven role focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license (required).
• Experience in geriatric mental health, long-term care, or behavioral health (preferred).
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary clinicians who work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with the Psychology and Psychiatry team and facility staff to provide integrated care.
• Work with a diverse population and help broaden clinical practice.

We’re currently expanding our Psychology Department and seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who are ready to bring their clinical expertise, empathy, and passion for helping others into a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs

• Collaborate with our Psychology and Psychiatry team, as well as facility-based medical and facility staff, to provide integrated care

• Work with a diverse population presenting a wide range of emotional and behavioral health needs—ideal for clinicians eager to grow and diversify their practice
