Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Red Wing, MN is seeking a Psychologist to provide psychological evaluations and outpatient therapy in an onsite clinic. The role supports flexible scheduling with a 0.5–1.0 FTE range, offering a stable environment with strong team collaboration across multiple locations.

Eligible candidates hold a Doctoral degree and Minnesota licensure (or pursuit). Experience with ASD is a plus; proficiency with Office 365 and EHRs is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing licensure.
• Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
• Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflecting patient needs.
• Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers if needed.
• Maintain outpatient records per policy requirements.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and peer reviews.
• Complete Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation.

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.

• Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000
• Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $125,000
• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
• Employees in these positions are W2.
