Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Neuropsychologist to join our onsite team. The role supports both part-time (.5 FTE) and full-time (1.0 FTE) schedules with flexible options and a supportive culture.

Responsibilities include neuropsychological evaluations, outpatient psychotherapy, treatment planning, and potential supervision. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree and be licensed or pursuing licensure; experience with ASD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota or pursuing LP licensure.
• ABCN/ABPN/ABPdN diploma or APA internship completion.
• Experience with neuropsychological evaluations and cognitive tests.
• Comfortable working with children, adolescents and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations within scope of competence.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy within scope of competence.
• Design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy.
• Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers when needed.
• Maintain organized outpatient records per policy requirements.
• Attend clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
• Complete Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
• Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.
• If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master's or doctorate level providers.
• Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
• Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
• Must be ABCN, ABPN, ABPdN diploma/certification or have completed an APA-approved Lesson C internship.
• Experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations, interpreting standardized cognitive tests and diagnosis of brain injuries, dementia or brain disorders.
• Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation: This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.

• Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000
• Licensed Psychologist: $110,000 - $125,000
• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
• Employees in these positions are W2.
