Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health, located in Red Wing, MN, seeks a Psychologist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to provide evaluations and outpatient psychotherapy. The role supports both children and adults, with flexible scheduling and a pathway from part-time to full-time in a growing Midwest network.

Responsibilities include designing treatment plans, supervising qualified staff if needed, and maintaining accurate records. Onsite work with competitive benefits and W2 status offered.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
  • Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
  • Design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.
  • If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers.
  • Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
  • Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.

Compensation

This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.

  • Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000
  • Licensed Psychologist: $110,000 - $125,000
  • Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
  • Employees in these positions are W2.
