Now Hiring : Remote Licensed Psychologist (PsyD / PhD) California-Based Telehealth

Job Type : Full Time

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation : $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Summary :

We're expanding our team and inviting a California-licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join us remotely. If you're passionate about providing meaningful, research-backed care in a flexible and supportive work environment, we'd love to connect.

As a remote psychologist, you'll work with motivated clients across California from the comfort of your home. Our clients seek support for a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, relational issues, and professional burnout.

Responsibilities include :

• Provide teletherapy to adults, adolescents, or couples based on your clinical strengths
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychological assessments (if applicable), and treatment planning
• Use evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based therapy)
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation within our secure EMR system
• Participate in case consultations, clinical training, and team meetings (all remote)
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, privacy, and professional integrity

Requirements

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in California
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Skilled in working independently with diverse populations (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, etc.)
• Confident with telehealth platforms and digital documentation (e.g., Zoom, SimplePractice)
• Clinically grounded, values-driven, and emotionally attuned
• Optional : Training in EMDR, ACT, trauma-informed care, or psychological testing
