Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Chicago, IL seeks a School Psychologist to join our school-based team. This full-time role (36.25 hours/week) offers a starting hourly rate of $68 and generous benefits, including PTO and health coverage. No weekends or holidays; summers off.

Mentorship and clinical support enhance growth as you support student success. Responsibilities include screenings, evaluations, IEP participation, and ongoing documentation in line with NASP ethics.

Qualifications

• Must hold ESA from the state residence office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
• NCSP Certificate issued after December 31, 1991.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with School staff and families on students' psychological needs.
• Conduct initial screenings and comprehensive evaluations for social and emotional well-being.
• Participate in IEP process to develop present levels of performance and goals.
• Provide psychology sessions per prescribed services in the IEP.
• Maintain documentation per district and NASP ethics, including daily notes and IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students' psychological needs
• Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations in the area of social and emotional well-being to determine students' need for services or need of dismissal from services
• Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for Psychological services
• Provide Psychology sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
• Maintain all documentation required by the district and NASP's code of ethics including, but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP's

Qualifications
