Job summary

TheraTree Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in Kentucky to lead pediatric psychological testing and autism evaluations, turning complex results into practical plans for families and schools. As part of an integrated team of therapists, you will administer and score standardized tools, interpret findings, and deliver feedback sessions that empower parents and educators.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychological Associate (LPP) in Kentucky
• Master degree in Psychology from an accredited program
• Experience in psychological testing, with autism assessments (ADOS-2, cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional measures)
• Skilled in report writing that is accurate, clear, and parent-friendly
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing assessment or diagnostic services to children and/or families
• Coachable, collaborative, and committed to integrity in every aspect of your work
• Must pass a criminal background check

• Select, administer, and score standardized assessments with expert-level precision.
• Interpret results to create clear, actionable diagnostic reports that parents, educators, and medical professionals can use.
• Conduct thorough clinical interviews with children, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care and accurate treatment planning.
• Provide diagnostic feedback sessions that are empathetic, informative, and empowering.
• Stay current with best practices in psychological assessment and evolving diagnostic criteria.
• Maintain documentation that is thorough, compliant, and defensible—every time.
