Qualifications

• Licensed in Kentucky as a Psychological Associate.
• Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience in psychological testing with a strong focus on autism assessments (ADOS-2, cognitive, adaptive, and social-emotional measures).
• Skilled in report writing that is accurate, clear, and parent-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert in psychological testing for children and adolescents, with a strong focus on autism evaluations.
• Select, administer, and score standardized assessments with expert-level precision.
• Interpret results to create clear, actionable diagnostic reports for parents, educators, and medical professionals.
• Conduct thorough clinical interviews with children, parents, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care and accurate treatment planning.
• Provide diagnostic feedback sessions that are empathetic, informative, and empowering.
• Stay current with best practices in psychological assessment and evolving diagnostic criteria.
• Maintain documentation that is thorough, compliant, and defensible.
