Job summary

Groves Learning Organization seeks an experienced Psychologist to conduct psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. You will integrate data from multiple sources to develop diagnostic conclusions and practical recommendations, then communicate findings effectively to families and schools.

Reporting to the Lead Psychologist, you will manage caseloads, collaborate with school partners, and maintain compliant records while staying current with assessment practices

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Psychologist through the Minnesota Board of Psychology is required.
• Experience in assessment and diagnosis of learning disorders, ADHD, and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Experience conducting psychological/psychoeducational evaluations with children, adolescents, or young adults.
• Strong report writing skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Integrate assessment data, interviews, observations, and background information to form diagnostic conclusions.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and provide feedback to families and students.
• Prepare evaluation reports within established timelines and present findings in accessible language.
• Collaborate with Groves colleagues, families, educators, and outside professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and uphold ethical standards.
• Maintain licensure and stay current in related assessment practices.
