Job summary

The Providence Swedish Cancer Institute in Seattle is seeking a Clinical Psychiatrist to join a nationally recognized Psycho-Oncology Program, providing specialized psychiatric care to adult oncology patients within an integrated, multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with oncology social workers, oncologists, palliative care specialists, genetic counselors, and supportive care professionals while contributing to program development and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Board certification required.
• Interest or experience in psycho-oncology, neuropsychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, palliative care, or complex medical populations.
• Expertise in psychopharmacologic management of medically complex patients.

The Providence Swedish Cancer Institute is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Clinical Psychiatrist to join a nationally recognized Psycho-Oncology Program. In this role, you will provide specialized psychiatric care to adult oncology patients as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team dedicated to addressing the emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs of individuals throughout their cancer journey.

You will work alongside oncology social workers, medical oncologists, palliative care specialists, genetic counselors, and supportive care professionals within one of the largest and most comprehensive cancer programs in the Pacific Northwest with campuses in Seattle, Edmonds, Issaquah and Ballard. Compensation is between $317,629 and $400,211 per year

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
