Job summary
Providence Swedish Cancer Institute in Seattle seeks a compassionate Clinical Psychiatrist to join our Psycho-Oncology Program, providing specialized psychiatric care to adult oncology patients as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team.
You will collaborate with oncology social workers, medical oncologists, palliative care specialists, genetic counselors, and supportive care professionals across our campuses, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Board certification
- Interest or experience in psycho-oncology, neuropsychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, palliative care, or complex medical populations
- Expertise in psychopharmacologic management of medically complex patients
- Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and compassionate patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized psychiatric care to adult oncology patients as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with oncology social workers, medical oncologists, palliative care specialists, genetic counselors and supportive care professionals
- Contribute to program development, education and clinical excellence within psycho-oncology services
