Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a proactive administrator to coordinate continuing medical education, fundraising, and alumni initiatives. You will work with the Vice Chair for Education and the Director of CE, Community and Alumni Relations on program development, finances, and communications.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and developing funding requests; coordinating CE programs; and managing alumni communications and events in the Charleston area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree with related experience.
• Experience in managing budgets and CE/fundraising activities preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal activities: budgeting, reporting and funding requests for the CECAR team.
• Coordinate development and delivery of professional educational programs.
• Lead and execute communication campaigns for CE offerings and alumni initiatives.
• Support development/fundraising activities and event logistics.
• Assist in coordinating psychiatry alumni events and related communications.
