TidalHealth, a growing physician-led healthcare system in Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join our Behavioral Health team. The position offers a teaching faculty opportunity within our ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program and combines outpatient and inpatient practice.

In addition to ED and inpatient consults, the role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no on-call responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Minimum- $300,000- Maximum $355,000
