The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a supportive environment with experienced clinicians dedicated to quality patient care and community service.

Qualifications

• Current NCCPA certificate as a Physician Assistant or AACC certificate as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Current CAQ-Psych as a Physician Assistant or current PMHNP as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Current Illinois Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
• Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse practitioner controlled substance licensure
• Current DEA registration
