Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd in Rome, GA, invites qualified Advanced Practice Providers to join our outpatient Behavioral Health team. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions, conducting evaluations, medication management, and care coordination in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

GA license or eligibility for licensure as NP/PA
Current prescriptive authority and DEA registration required
BLS certification through AHA required
PMHNP-BC board certification for PMHNP candidates or NCCPA certification for PA candidates

Responsibilities

Perform psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per evidence-based practices
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other health professionals
Document encounters and care plans in EMR and participate in quality initiatives
