Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a licensed Medical Director to lead psychiatric and clinical operations at a Union County, Illinois facility. You will oversee psychiatric services, staff performance, and overall medical care quality.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABMS or equivalent).
• Active Illinois medical license.
• Minimum three years of substantive medical administrative experience directing, planning, and evaluating a medical/clinical program.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staff across multiple professional disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across disciplines.
• Clean employment history verification.
• Clean OIG Medicare/Medicaid sanctions check.
• TB test within last 90 days or proof.
• Familiarity with IDPH, Joint Commission (TJC), and CMS regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and medical leadership for all psychiatric services at the facility.
