Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based sales professional with a strong track record in pharmaceutical or health-related sales to execute brand strategies and drive performance within an assigned territory. This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years pharma sales, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required
• Proven leadership and presentation skills; strong business acumen
• Ability to adapt selling approaches to customer style and matrix environments
• HCIR credentialing requirements and valid driver's license are essential

Responsibilities

• Execute field sales strategy and tactics to meet KPIs and targets
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts; solve customer needs
• Deliver pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance
• Communicate market intelligence to brand and field teams
• Develop call plans to optimize access and frequency with customers
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to health providers and establish experts/speakers
