Talkiatry is led clinically by Dr. Georgia Gaveras, a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with an additional board certification in addiction medicine.

At Talkiatry, our psychiatrists are in control of their practice. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more time on patient care. We also provide flexibility in where and when you practice medicine, allowing you to control your hours and schedule.

We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Note that Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that improving accessibility in mental health care starts with taking care of our doctors. We address challenges faced by psychiatrists, such as lack of infrastructure and support in private practices, and being overworked and underpaid in hospitals and clinics. • Technology package provided, with total compensation for full-time psychiatrists around $300K-$350K+ annually, including salary and productivity incentives.
