Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Psychiatry Account Manager with a global pharmaceutical partner. You will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, applying clinical knowledge to drive sales and marketing strategies that boost performance.

You will build strategic plans for key accounts, analyze market data, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize product utilization and overcome commercialization challenges.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ year of sales, marketing, and/or relevant commercial experience.
• High energy level and strong work ethic.
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills; demonstrated decision-making ability.
• Requires a high level of initiative and independence.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Meeting and complying with reasonable industry-standard credentialing requirements of healthcare providers / customer facilities is required.

In this role, you lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
