Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is conducting a direct hire search for a Psychiatry Account Manager to promote our psychiatry portfolio, lead sales and marketing strategies, and apply comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of sales or marketing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment. Driving is required and credentialing with healthcare providers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ year of sales, marketing, or relevant commercial experience.

• Strong planning and interpersonal skills; demonstrated decision‑making ability.
• Requires initiative and independence.
• Must demonstrate ability to pass disease and product training exams annually.

In this role, you lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. Our Account Managers are adept at executing against the toughest commercialization challenges in today’s rapidly changing environment and must demonstrate strong capability in the following areas:

• Requires a high level of initiative and independence.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
