Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. seeks a board-certified/eligible outpatient psychiatrist to join our Oregon program. The role includes 34 patient contact hours weekly with 10–12 patients daily, a hybrid schedule requiring one day on-site and telehealth on other days.

Competitive base salary plus relocation and loan assistance, plus generous PTO and CME support. You will work within a full-spectrum mental health program and have opportunities to teach psychiatry residents.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (new grads encouraged to apply!)
• Current Oregon Licensure or license eligible
• BCLS certified
• Knowledge in working with patients who have chronic health conditions
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient psychiatry evaluations and initial assessments
• Provide medication consultation/management for patients
• Deliver limited psychotherapy as appropriate within scope
• Collaborate with residents and other clinicians in a teaching environment

Job Specifics

• Financial incentives include starting bonus, relocation and loan assistance funds


• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm;hybrid approach requires 1 day on-site weekly, with the option to work telehealth/remotely on additional days


• No overnight call!


• Full-time is 34 patient contact hours/week; the average volume is 10-12 patients/day


• Visit types include initial evaluations, medication consultation/management, and limited therapy

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Salary:$330,000 annually


• Relocation Assistance:Coverage provided for moving expenses to the Oregon Coast.
