New grads welcome. Four 10-hour days per week, full-time, hospital-employed, with a robust compensation package including RVU potential and incentives; EPIC EMR usage and a supportive staff. Located in northeast Oregon with strong community amenities.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Psychiatrist required or eligible.
• Ability to work in outpatient/inpatient mix.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with outpatient Behavioral Health-Primary Care clinic.
• See 14–18 patients per day.
• Collaborate with two physicians and two NPs; share call coverage.

Psychiatrist - Northeast Oregon

• Hospital-employed position
• seeking a compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing and supportive care team
• Competitive total compensation of$385,000+,including RVU bonus potential and quality incentives upto$45,000 annually, Commencement bonus of $30k, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Schedule: Four 10 hour days per week, full-time, permanent.
• Integrated outpatient Behavioral Health-Primary Care clinic
• Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a team of LCSWs
• Average of14-18 patients per day
• 1:1 clinical support staff; team-shared phone call coverage (for established patients only)
