Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a full-time Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team in Albany, OR. This role will be split between seeing patients at our InterCommunity Health (IHN) integrated primary care clinic in Albany and supporting our collaborative care model (CoCM) referred to as Psychiatric Access Through Collaborative Healthcare (PATCH) program.
The IHN clinic in Albany offers primary care with embedded mental/behavioral health team and full wraparound services. Our PATCH program supports mental health services through our system of primary care doctors by providing psychiatric chart review consultation and follow up in coordination with primary care providers.
