LifeStance Health is actively hiring Adult Psychiatrists in the United States who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. This role focuses on delivering outpatient psychiatric services across a flexible mix of telemedicine and in-person care.

We offer a compensation range of $395,000–$435,000 with a production-based model, full-time and part-time options, generous benefits, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in one or more US states with BE/BC and unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy for adult patients.

Compensation Range $395,000-$435,000
