LifeStance Health in Texas is seeking psychiatrists for a fast-growing national behavioral health practice. This role is 100% outpatient with a hybrid model, requiring weekly in-office presence; you’ll manage medication and therapy with an emphasis on compassionate, evidence-based care.

We offer above-market compensation ranging from $322,000 to $430,000 plus an annual cash bonus and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, parental leave and more.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Physicians that are:

• Hold an active TX Medical License and unencumbered DEA
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
• Open to a hybrid model, all roles must have in office time on a weekly basis.
