Job summary

Chrysalis Psychiatry in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication management and psychotherapy, and to participate in leadership opportunities within the clinic.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board-certified in psychiatry, hold a NM medical license, and be able to supervise mid-level practitioners. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and experience with TMS is advantageous.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in psychiatry.
• Valid NM medical license.
• Experience supervising mid-level practitioners preferred.
• Must maintain 32 clinical hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Administer TMS motor thresholds and monitor patient progress.
• Provide clinical supervision to mid-level practitioners.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold care standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records; billing must match time scheduled with patients.
