Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our mental health team to provide the best care possible, shaping treatment plans and fostering a supportive environment.
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations within 48 hours of admission for WA State residents to guide their journey to wellness.
  • Provide counseling and therapy to residents, maintaining a small caseload to make a meaningful impact.
  • Lead staff training sessions on psychiatric issues to elevate team skills.
  • Maintain open communication with families, outpatient providers, and the clinical team.
  • Assist in managing schedules and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications

Compensation for this role ranges from $325,000 to $360,000 annually, depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual’s pay rate within the range is determined by skills, experience, education, and market conditions, with consideration for internal equity.

  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD).
  • Board Certified in Child & Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.
  • Licensed in the state of practice.
  • Active DEA license in UT.
  • Experience with Adolescent & Young Adult Psychiatry is required.
  • Experience in a Residential setting is required.
  • Medical Director/Physician leadership experience is required.
