Job summary

ARC Health Partners is seeking Psychiatrists for partner practices nationwide. Positions support in-person, hybrid, or remote work options with varied employment types (W-2 full-time, W-2 part-time, or 1099).

Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care within outpatient settings. ARC Health coordinates with partner practices, with compensation and operations managed by each practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state applied to, or willing to obtain.
• Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) (or Board Prepared if within 5 years of completing residency or fellowship).
• Possess and maintain a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe medications, including controlled substances.
• Strong understanding of psychiatrist assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapeutic techniques
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions in psychiatric treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in the outpatient setting.
• Provide medication management and therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric treatment and research methodologies.
• Make referrals for psychotherapy when indicated and collaborate with all other mental health professionals involved in the patient’s care to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records completely all documentation in compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs and rights, including access to psychiatric services and medications.
• Other duties as assigned.
