Job summary

Ravenwood Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our expanding program after our merger. You will provide clinical care to Ravenwood clients, including psychiatric assessment and ongoing treatment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid license to practice medicine in Ohio.
• Completion of a formal psychiatry residency program.
• One year of post-training experience in treating mental disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality initial evaluations and comprehensive diagnostic formulations.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans with bio-psycho-social considerations.
• Schedule and conduct follow-ups based on illness severity.
• Counsel patients on diagnosis and medications for informed decisions.
• Monitor medication blood levels and relevant labs.
• Maintain thorough clinical notes and treatment recommendations.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and cross-coverage as needed.
• Provide supervision to assigned staff and participate in QA/IM assessments.
