Job summary

Qualifications

• MD degree required with 3 years of relevant mental health experience
• Current CT Physician License
• Current CSP
• Current DEA

Responsibilities

• Provide client centered psychiatric health care including comprehensive evaluations and follow ups
• Conduct emergency consultations and manage urgent psychiatric needs
• Develop and document treatment plans and progress notes per guidelines
• Maintain records in clinical system and ensure timely chart returns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs
• Participate in quality improvement and safety activities as needed
