UCFS Healthcare Norwich, CT is seeking a Psychiatric APRN to provide patient-centered psychiatric care, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up. The role is a full-time, 40-hour week with collaborative team support.

We value bilingual English/Spanish abilities, EPIC EHR experience, and strong teamwork. This position offers growth opportunities within a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to community health and integrated care.

Formación

• MD with 3 years of relevant mental health experience.
• Experience evaluating and prescribing for behavioral health.
• Spanish language is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client centered psychiatric health care for patients including but not limited to: Conducting psychiatric evaluations and follow ups.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, document progress notes and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians and staff to meet patient needs and ensure safety.
• Provide health promotion, education and counseling for patients and families.
