Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full‑time, outpatient‑only role in Texas. No call, 4–5 days per week, with strong clinical and administrative support to focus on patient care.

Offering a base salary of $300,000 plus incentives with total compensation $500,000+, benefits including medical, dental & vision, 22 PTO days and 11 paid holidays, and access to Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy, plus annual provider retreats.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
