Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in the United States is seeking a full-time psychiatrist for an outpatient-only practice. The role offers a $300,000 base salary with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $500,000+.

No on-call. 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio. Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week). Comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days + 11 paid holidays, plus Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy training and annual provider retreats.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
