Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a psychiatrist to join our outpatient-only practice in the Phoenix area. You’ll conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications, with access to Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite.

We emphasize supporting clinicians with a low administrative burden, a strong team, and a flexible schedule (4–5 days/week).

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a trained support team.

The Role
