Qualifications

• Board-certified or -eligible psychiatrist with CA license and active DEA.
• Clozapine REMS certification.
• Experience with mental health or addiction care; familiarity with Long Beach area.
• Holistic health perspective and understanding of patient rights.
• Strong communication and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health management and coordinate care across modalities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans during engagement and stabilization phases.
• Deliver regular consultations in person and virtually as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure integrated care.
• Address social determinants impacting medical outcomes.
