Job summary

Selah House Indiana seeks a Board-Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, pharmacologic management, and collaboration with community prescribers in a licensed inpatient/outpatient program for adolescent and adult women with eating disorders.

You will ensure medical stability on admission, coordinate with the treatment team, and maintain accurate medical records while delivering compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board-certified psychiatrist licensed in Indiana.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• Eating disorder treatment experience strongly preferred.
• Active and clear DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate psychiatric care and guidance to clients.
• Conduct evaluations and medication management as part of care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and other providers.
• Complete assessments and medical records in a timely, accurate manner.
• Communicate with clients and families to support treatment engagement.
• Support quality improvement and clinical excellence through peer review.
