Job summary

Impact Health PC is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to deliver psychiatric consultation and treatment to residents across Connecticut and surrounding states. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide guidance to psychiatric APRNs and other clinicians during standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in Connecticut or surrounding state.
• Board certification in Psychiatry preferred.
• Experience providing psychiatric care to adults and older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessments, evaluation, and treatment for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical teams and APRNs, LCSWs, psychologists, and facility staff.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and compliance with state regulations.

We provide a collaborative clinical environment while giving our providers the autonomy and flexibility to manage their schedules and patient care.Position SummaryAs a full-time Psychiatrist with Impact Health PC, you will provide psychiatric consultation, evaluation, and treatment services to residents within skilled nursing facilities across Connecticut and surrounding states.You will collaborate with our behavioral health and medical teams, provide clinical consultation to psychiatric APRNs, and conduct specialized psychiatric evaluations as needed.
