We are a leading healthcare provider offering various levels of care including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services across multiple states.
As a physician in this role, you will serve as a team leader within our patient care model, working across different levels of care in both live and virtual environments. Your responsibilities will include supporting patient admissions, developing protocols, ensuring quality assurance, and peer review evaluations. Collaboration with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and oversight of residents and fellows during their rotations are integral parts of the role.
Physical/Mental Demands: Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to resolve conflicts, organize and make decisions, and relate well with patients and staff. Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 20 pounds, walking, sitting, and standing is required.
Education/Training Requirements: Must be licensed in Minnesota as an MD or DO with psychiatry specialization, board-eligible (certification preferred), with residency and/or fellowship training, and at least two years of psychiatric hospital or clinic experience. Experience with process improvement and leadership is preferred.
Compensation: Salary ranges from $278,446 to $313,678, with RVU bonuses of $66 to $77 per RVU, depending on specialization.
