Job Details: Job Location: GA, Davisboro - Washington State Prison - Davisboro, GA 31018, Position Type: Part-Time, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Psychiatrist & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join our team at Washington State Prison located in Davisboro, Georgia.

The Psychiatrist works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Ability to pass credentialing and background check
