NP Now, LLC is seeking a psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in Martinsburg, WV, just minutes from Winchester, VA. The position offers a high base salary with substantial bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will join a team of 3 psychiatrists, 3 PMHNPs and 11 therapists, with a schedule of 14–18 patients per day, and support for relocation and visa sponsorship if needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or board eligible.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in West Virginia.

About this Role

Psychiatrist in Martinsburg, WV – approximately 20 minutes from the VA border and 30 minutes from Winchester, VA. Easy access to Washington, DC and Baltimore.

Full‑time outpatient schedule with an expectation of 14–18 patients per day.

Collaborate with a team of 3 psychiatrists, 3 PMHNPs and 11 therapists.

Required skills and attributes:

• Demonstrate courteous and cooperative behavior with patients, families, co‑workers, subordinates, supervisors, and department staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with policies and procedures; exercise discretion when discussing patient matters.
• Solid communication skills, including active listening, empathy, rapport building and patience.
• Ability to provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Athena EMR system, including Suki AI note‑taking.

Background and Qualifications

• Ability to maintain licensure and comply with continuing education requirements set by applicable credentialing boards.
