Clarvida is seeking a part-time TAY Psychiatrist in San Diego, CA to perform psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide clinical oversight within a trauma-informed, team-based model.

You will supervise NPs, RNs, and support staff, participate in treatment planning, and ensure documentation and HIPAA compliance, with on-site work and CA licensure required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.
• Licensed to practice medicine independently in California.
• Completion of psychiatry residency and 2-year child & adolescent fellowship.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.

About The Role

The TAY Psychiatrist is responsible for delivering psychiatric evaluation and medication management services to program clients within a team-based, trauma-informed care model. This role includes clinical oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and support staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality behavioral health services.

Salary: $221.25per hour
