Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist in Pittsburgh, PA to provide patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health setting. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, document in EMR, and work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

The role requires Pennsylvania licensure (or ability to obtain), Board eligibility/ certification, and experience in community health. In-person schedule, compensation between $230k-$280k with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
