Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a full-time Psychiatrist in Pittsburgh, PA to provide comprehensive mental health care in a community health center setting. In-person, Monday–Friday, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and coordinated services.

Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $280,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are board-eligible or -certified in Psychiatry, and possess or can obtain a PA medical license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
• Active PA medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Apply sound clinical judgment in complex situations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and operational processes.

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with patients and staff
