Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a community health center setting in Pittsburgh, PA.

Compensation is $230K - $280K per year with comprehensive benefits. This in-person, Monday–Friday role requires MD or DO, Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility), and board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry; EMR proficiency and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
