Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.

• Participate in case discussions and coordinate treatment with peer providers.
• Contribute to development, processes, and scaling of the psychiatric service.
• Establish clinical workflows and best practices as the practice expands.
• Take on leadership responsibilities to manage a growing clinical team over time.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or immediate eligibility) to practice in Minnesota.
• A strong interest in integrative, collaborative, and whole-person mental healthcare.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to build a program – ideally this person would bring your caseload with you.
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a multidisciplinary team setting.
