Job summary

National Register, located in Edina, Minnesota, is seeking a Psychiatrist for a ground-floor, growth-focused role in an integrative mental health practice. The position offers autonomy and a potential leadership path as the service expands.

The role supports a collaborative, holistic approach with a modern, interdisciplinary team and room to bring an established caseload into the new program.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree or equivalent in Psychiatry.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted Minnesota medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Interest in integrative, collaborative, whole-person mental healthcare.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with desire to build a program.
• Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Develop tailored, individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to champion integrated, holistic care.
• Participate in case discussions and coordinate treatment with peer providers.
• Contribute to development, processes, and scaling of the psychiatric service.
• Establish clinical workflows and best practices as the practice expands.
• Take on leadership responsibilities to manage a growing clinical team over time.
