Job summary

LifeStance Health in Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist for outpatient care. Join a clinician-led organization that supports private-practice autonomy with full administrative backing and a strong referral network.

Hybrid role with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation ($300,000–$375,000), generous benefits, signing bonus, and no call or weekend requirements. Board-eligibility, Indiana license (or in process) and experience with adults or youths preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist for outpatient care.
• Indiana license or in process; licensed in Indiana to practice.
• Experience with medication management and psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and advanced practice providers.
• Maintain high-quality patient focus within a clinician-led team.

LifeStance Health is growing in Fishera, Indiana, and we're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team.
